Highlighting India’s global humanitarian efforts, he cited examples such as the distribution of Covid vaccines to over 100 countries, promotion of Yoga and Ayurveda, and the recent Operation Brahma in Myanmar, through which India sent 625 tonnes of relief material and a team of doctors to aid earthquake victims.

He mentioned the recent implementation of the Uniform Civil Code in Uttarakhand as a historic step toward ensuring equal rights for all, irrespective of caste, religion, or gender.

Regarding the new Center for Hindu Studies, CM Dhami said it will focus on teaching and research on Hindu civilization and culture, helping to preserve and promote the state’s rich cultural heritage.
