Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami Flags Off “Namo Yuva Run” in Dehradun.

Dehradun– Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami flagged off the “Namo Yuva Run” at Ghantaghar, Dehradun, organized under the “Seva Pakhwada” program. The Chief Minister not only inaugurated the run but also joined the participants for a stretch, motivating and encouraging the youth to embrace fitness and active living.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Dhami said the “Namo Yuva Run” is much more than a sporting activity. It represents youth power, health awareness, discipline, and patriotism. He emphasized that such initiatives are strengthening the “Fit India Movement” launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while also fostering a sense of collective responsibility towards the nation.

Calling upon the youth to lead by example, the Chief Minister urged them to adopt healthy, disciplined, and active lifestyles. He said youth should channel their energy towards nation-building and social responsibility, thereby contributing to India’s progress.

Highlighting the broader message of the event, CM Dhami said that under the inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the spirit of service, dedication, and public welfare is reaching every section of society. He added that the “Seva Pakhwada” program is providing a unique opportunity for citizens to participate meaningfully in public welfare activities. Events like the Namo Yuva Run, he said, are helping transform youth enthusiasm into purposeful contributions for the nation’s development.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from hundreds of youth, fitness enthusiasts, and volunteers.

Several dignitaries were present on the occasion, including Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, BJP State President and Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt, Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal, MLA Khajan Das, program coordinator Vipul Maidoli, co-coordinator Devendra Bisht, along with other public representatives and senior officials.
