Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated the 10th World Ayurveda Congress and Arogya Expo-2024 on 12 December, Thursday by lighting a lamp at the Parade Ground in Dehradun.
Uttarakhandi imprint will be seen in everything from food to entertainment in the World Ayurveda Congress.
The colors of Chholiya dance will be spread, with Kafli-Lal Bhaat.
More than two dozen hill items in the menu will be prepared for the delegates.
There will be programs of Garhwali, Kumaoni, Jaunsari folk dance every evening.
Padma Shri Pritam Bharatwan, Sangeeta Dhoundiyal and friends will give performances.
DEHRADUN: According to the information received, Uttarakhandi imprint will be seen in everything from food to entertainment in Ayurveda Congress and Arogya Expo-2024. More than two dozen hill items will be served in the plate of delegates from India and abroad. A four-day menu has been prepared. Two days have been fixed for cultural programs, in which Mangal Gayan to Chholiya and other Uttarakhandi dances will be presented.
The state government claimed that this world-class event is going to be held from 12 to 15 December at Parade Ground Dehradun. During this, there will be in-depth discussion on Ayurveda. On this big occasion, steps have also been taken to promote hill culture. According to AYUSH Secretary Ravinath Raman, a glimpse of Uttarakhand culture will be seen in the food of the delegates and the cultural programs to be held during this period. Manduva roti, homemade butter, sesame kuchai, bhaat ki chutkani, Chamba rajma, red sathi bhaat, ghugti, aske, yellow rai chutney.
