Dehradun. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami hoisted the flag at the main event of the state at Parade Ground Dehradun on the occasion of 78th Independence Day. On this occasion, the Chief Minister honored the family members of freedom fighters and also visited the photo exhibition.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister honored Additional Superintendent of Police, SDRF Vijendra Dutt Doval and Dalnayak IRB II Pratap Singh Tomar with the Chief Minister’s Commendable Service Medal. Commander, SDRF Uttarakhand Manikant Mishra and Superintendent of Police, District Uttarkashi Arpan Yaduvanshi were honored by the Chief Minister with the Commendable Service Medal for distinguished work. Priyanshu, who won the gold medal in the International Athletics Championship held in the fifth Asian Youth Athletics, Tashkent, Uzbekistan in the year 2023, Rahul Sarnaliya who won the silver medal and athletics coach Lokesh Kumar were also honored by the Chief Minister.
