To ensure the success of the yatra, District Magistrate Savin Bansal convened a preparatory meeting with senior officials from various departments on Saturday. During the meeting, he issued key directives for smooth coordination and urged the general public to participate in large numbers, emphasizing that the collective spirit of nationalism should resonate across the community.
Present at the meeting were Chief Development Officer Abhinav Shah, Additional District Magistrate Jai Bharat Singh, Project Director Vikram Singh, SDM Kumkum Joshi, DDO Sunil Kumar, CEO V.K. Dodhiyal, DSO K.K. Aggarwal, along with other senior officers from line departments.
