Dehradun: Shiv Mandir Samiti Ashirwad Enclave, organized Teej Mahostav at Shiv Mandir on Tritiya of Shukla Paksha of Shravan month, Saturday. Women of the colony and surrounding areas participated in the Mahostav.
Teej Queen competition was organized in the program and other competitive games were played. The women participated enthusiastically in the Teej Queen competition and games. The event ended by giving first, second and third prizes to the three winners. On one hand the queen competition made the atmosphere pleasant & on the other hand the competitive games increased the heartbeats of present people.
Teej Festival first prize was awarded to Neetu Bhandari. Whereas Mrs. Lavania and Mrs. Singh (lane number-7) were honored with second and third prize respectively.
