Udham Singh Nagar, July 24: Voting for the Three-Tier Panchayat General Election 2025 is underway across the state in a peaceful manner on Thursday. According to the State Election Office, voter turnout stood at 11.72% till 10:00 AM, which increased to 27% by 12:00 noon.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami cast his vote at Booth No. 3 of the Government Adarsh Primary School, Nagla Tarai in Udham Singh Nagar district. He stood in line to vote, demonstrating his commitment to the democratic process. His mother, Bishna Devi, also exercised her franchise at the same booth.
After voting, CM Dhami urged all rural voters to actively participate in this festival of democracy, emphasizing that every single vote contributes to strengthening the Panchayati Raj system in the state.
