-ITBP battalions located in Chamoli, Pithoragarh and Uttarkashi will buy sheep, goats, poultry and fish from local livestock farmers for meat. This purchase will be done through cooperative unions, Cabinet approves revolving fund of Rs 5 crore to provide immediate price to farmers.

-Amendment in Uttarakhand Human Wildlife Conflict Relief Distribution Fund Rules, under this, now financial assistance will be provided along with treatment through Ayushman card, in case of death of pet animals, livestock owner will be able to get compensation on the basis of certificate of forest guard and village head. Approval to operation of Uttarakhand Human Wildlife Conflict Prevention Fund Operation Rules.

-Decision to give 358 square meter land to Pachhuvadoon Bar Association near Civil Court Vikasnagar on 30 years lease.

-Under the Department of Medical Health and Medical Education, Uttarakhand Medical Education Department Technician Cadre Service Amendment Rules 2024 has been approved, for the posts of CSSD, now Degree or Diploma in OT from institutions registered with the Paramedical Council, or Degree or Diploma in CSSD has also been approved.

-Decision of the department to make arrangements for accommodation and food for the youth taking training in the Center of Excellence established under the Skill Development Department and the Foreign Employment Cell, operated under the Chief Minister’s Skill Upgradation and Global Employment Scheme.

-Approval to Chief Minister Higher Education Chevening Scholarship, five meritorious students of the state will get a chance to study in Britain.

-Approval for construction of heliport in SIDCUL, Haridwar, Cabinet authorized the Chief Minister for land selection.

-Approval of 17 posts in Uttarakhand Society for Promotion of Investment Startup and Entrepreneurship (UK Spice).

-Amendment in Higher Judicial Service Rules 2004, the proposal for the course for recruitment will be given by the High Court, which will be decided to be approved by the State Government.

-Approval was given to present the annual report of Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission for the financial year 2022-23 in the Assembly.

-Approval to present the regulations notified under Section-181 of the Central Electricity Act 2003 of Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission on the Assembly table under Section 182 of the Act.

– Approval to upgrade Pashu Seva Kendra Chaura Mehta, Pati, Champawat to Veterinary Hospital, decision to create four posts.

– Budget for free travel in Roadways bus to Indian soldiers and their wives awarded Ashok Chakra, Mahavir Chakra, Kirti Chakra, Vir Chakra, Shaurya Chakra will now be made available directly to the Transport Department.
– Approval of the service manual of Senior Personal Officer in the Finance Department.

-Approval to reorganize the apex committee of State Water and Sanitation Mission for smooth functioning of Jal Jeevan Mission and Swachh Bharat Mission.

-Decision to approve the post of Joint Director in Uttarakhand State Seeds and Organic Production Certification Agency.

-Approval to the promulgation of Uttarakhand Uttar Pradesh Nagar Palika, Decentralized Retirement Benefits Rules 1994 Amendment Regulations 2024, decision to give pension benefits to employees retired before 2007 in municipal bodies despite a period of less than ten years.

-Approval to the promulgation of Special Provisions Amendment Ordinance 2024 for Uttarakhand Municipal Bodies and Authorities, the earlier time period was made nine years instead of six.

-Decision to charge different rates on extraction of groundwater and springs water from December 1, 2024, except for agriculture and agriculture related works and government drinking water system.

-Decision to include graduates as well as diploma holders along with Bachelor in Library Science, Bachelor in Library and Information Science as well as MLib in the recruitment of librarian in polytechnic institutes.

-Decision to continue the Chief Minister’s Free Gas Refill Scheme for Antyodaya ration card holders till 2027.

-Decision to conduct a study through IIM Kashipur for amendment in the royalty of wood species.
