Chitranshi is busy with films these days, but is updated with every information related to the 38th National Games in Uttarakhand. Talking on the phone, Chitranshi said- Being a player, I am thrilled to know that the National Games are being held in my home state Uttarakhand. I know how important this event is. Congratulations to the Uttarakhand government. Chitranshi says- During my school and college days, I used to go to Delhi, Jabalpur, Kapurthala to play at the national level. I wish the National Games were held in Uttarakhand at that time, then I would have played hockey on my own land.
Film actress and former hockey player Chitranshi says- Our players are already performing well. Now they will come out even better. Because of National Games, the facilities available to them will be expanded. She said- This platform of National Games is very big for the players of the hills. Its pleasant results will come out in the coming days.
Though Chitranshi hopes that the Uttarakhand team will perform well in most of the games. But her expectations from hockey are very high. Chitranshi says- We are doing very well in hockey. Vandana Kataria is playing in the Indian hockey team. This is a big thing. According to Chitranshi- When she used to play hockey, Vandana and her sister used to meet her in camps. Both have been good players.
It may be recalled that Chitranshi Rawat played hockey till 12th class. She has been a brilliant hockey player. During this time she participated in many national level hockey competitions including Junior National, Senior National.
