DM heard the problems in Janta Darshan program. 107 complaints were received.
DEHRADUN: On Monday, 18 November, A Janta Darshan/Jan Sunwai program was organized in Rishiparna Auditorium Collectorate under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Savin Bansal. 107 complaints were received in the Janta Darshan program. The District Magistrate resolved most of the complaints on the spot. Most of the grievances were related to land issue or disputes. Apart from this, complaints related to Jal Sansthan, Municipal Corporation, mutual disputes, bank loans, senior citizens etc. were received.
The District Magistrate directed the officers of all the departments present to dispose of the complaints received in the public hearing in a timely manner, and also for those complaints for which a joint report has been sought, the concerned officers should ensure to submit a timely report.
On this occasion, Chief Development Officer Abhinav Shah, Additional District Magistrate Administration Jai Bharat Singh, Additional Chief City Officer Municipal Corporation Bir Singh Budiyal, Superintendent of Police Kuljit Singh, Sub-District Magistrate Headquarters Shalinegi, District Development Officer Sunil Kumar, District Supply Department, Drinking Water, Jal Sansthan, PWD, Electricity, PMGSY and officers of the concerned departments were present.
