Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami Meets Author Dr. Yojana Sah Jain, Appreciates Her Contribution to Indo-German Cultural Relations

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday met noted author and Indo-German cultural ambassador Dr. Yojana Sah Jain at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office in Dehradun.
During the courtesy meeting, Dr. Jain presented the Chief Minister with copies of her acclaimed literary works, including Imli Ka Chatkara (Short Story Collection), Banaras Meets Berlin (Novel), and Kagaz Pe Fudakti Gilhariyan (Poetry Collection).
Congratulating Dr. Jain on her literary achievements, Chief Minister Dhami said that literature is a powerful medium for preserving and promoting society, culture, and human values. He noted that literary works not only enrich society intellectually but also strengthen emotional and cultural bonds across nations.
The Chief Minister appreciated Dr. Jain’s efforts in promoting cultural and intellectual dialogue between India and Germany through her writings and literary initiatives. He said her works beautifully portray Indian culture, traditions, folk life, and human emotions, helping present India’s rich heritage to readers across the world.
Expressing confidence in the global relevance of her writings, the Chief Minister said that Dr. Jain’s books would further strengthen cultural ties between India and Germany while introducing international readers to India’s diverse traditions and social values.
