On the occasion of the 77th Republic Day, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami unfurled the National Flag at the Chief Minister’s residence. On this solemn occasion, he also administered the oath of the Preamble of the Constitution to the officers, staff, and citizens present.
Extending Republic Day greetings to the people of the state, the Chief Minister said that the Constitution of India inspires every citizen to uphold the values of justice, equality, and democracy. He stated that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, continuous efforts are being made for the inclusive development and upliftment of every section of society.
Chief Minister Dhami emphasized that to build a strong, prosperous, self-reliant, and developed India, all citizens must sincerely fulfill their duties and responsibilities. He said that under the guidance of the Prime Minister, the state government is working at a rapid pace across all sectors to ensure holistic development of Uttarakhand.
The Chief Minister called upon citizens to imbibe constitutional values and actively contribute to nation-building.
