CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Extends Diwali Greetings, Calls for Clean and Harmonious Celebrations Across Uttarakhand

Dehradun, Sunday: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami extended warm Diwali greetings to the people of Uttarakhand as ministers, legislators, officers from the Indian Administrative, Police, and Forest Services, along with citizens from across the state, met him at the Chief Minister’s residence to convey their festive wishes.

Welcoming all visitors, Chief Minister Dhami greeted them and their family members on the auspicious occasion of Diwali. He said that the festival symbolizes the victory of light over darkness and truth over falsehood. “Diwali inspires us to spread light, purity, and positive energy in society,” he remarked.

The Chief Minister stated that Diwali is not merely a festival of lamps, but a celebration of hope, faith, and unity. It motivates everyone to remove negativity from life and move forward with the spirit of goodness, cooperation, and harmony.
Expressing hope that this auspicious festival would bring new enthusiasm, prosperity, and happiness into the lives of Uttarakhand’s people, CM Dhami urged citizens to celebrate Diwali with cleanliness, environmental protection, and mutual harmony.
“By observing a clean and green Diwali, we can create a better environment for the coming generations,” the Chief Minister said. He also called upon all citizens to actively participate in the state’s journey of sustainable development and contribute to building a progressive and prosperous Uttarakhand.
