18 private-sector companies to participate; youth from across Uttarakhand can apply
Job opportunity in Dubai’s construction sector also available under state government’s global employment initiative
Dehradun, September 23, 2026:
The Regional Employment Office, Dehradun, under the Department of Skill Development and Employment, Uttarakhand, will organize a one-day employment fair on September 29, 2026. The fair will be held from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing employment opportunities to eligible candidates through recruitment by reputed private-sector companies.
Regional Employment Officer Mamta Chauhan Negi said that 18 private companies will participate in the employment fair and recruitment will be conducted for a total of 904 vacant positions. She said that employment fairs are being organized regularly to provide maximum employment opportunities to the youth of the state.
Youth from Other Districts Can Also Participate
Unemployed youth from Dehradun as well as other districts of Uttarakhand will be eligible to participate in the employment fair. To facilitate candidates, a pre-registration facility has been made available at the Regional Employment Office premises.
Candidates are advised to complete their registration in advance. Registration will also be available on the day of the employment fair.
Candidates participating in the fair must bring their resume, original educational and other certificates, photocopies of the certificates, Employment Office registration card and a valid identity proof.
The Employment Department has appealed to maximum eligible youth to participate in the fair and make use of the employment opportunities available.
Companies Participating in the Employment Fair
The participating companies include Camp 108, Sky Wing Advisor Private Limited, Bajaj Auto Limited, Bajaj Capital, Tata Electronics, Tata Motors, RSPL Manpower, Mahindra & Mahindra, Barbequenation, Acal Information System Limited, Gurugram, Mentor Water Expert and Neel Metal, Haridwar, among others.
Employment Opportunity in Dubai’s Construction Sector
Under the Chief Minister’s Skill Upgradation and Global Employment Scheme being implemented by the Uttarakhand Employment Department, employment opportunities are also being facilitated for eligible youth abroad.
Under the initiative, employment opportunities are available in the construction sector in Dubai. Candidates holding ITI/ITI certificates will be eligible to apply. The specified minimum age is 18 years, while a requirement of six months of experience has been mentioned for fresh candidates.
Through the initiative, the Employment Department is working to connect the youth of Uttarakhand with employment opportunities both within the country and abroad. Eligible candidates have been encouraged to apply through the prescribed process and make use of the opportunity.
