Various government departments will participate in the camps and provide information about welfare schemes, services and facilities available under their respective departments. Applications from eligible beneficiaries will also be received at the camps to facilitate their access to government schemes.

Citizens will also be able to submit their problems and grievances for consideration. Cases that can be resolved immediately will be addressed at the camp itself. Matters requiring further action will be forwarded to the concerned departments for time-bound disposal.

Administration Appeals to Citizens to Participate

The district administration has appealed to citizens to participate in the multi-purpose camps on the scheduled dates and make use of the opportunity to seek solutions to their grievances and obtain information and benefits under eligible Central and state government welfare schemes.

The initiative is aimed at strengthening direct interaction between the administration and citizens, improving access to government services and ensuring that eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of welfare programmes in a timely manner.
