DEHRADUN: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decision to dedicate Adampur Airport in the name of Sant Shiromani Shri Guru Ravidas is a true tribute to the saint’s great ideals, social consciousness, and lifelong commitment to humanity. Taken on the auspicious occasion of Guru Ravidas Ji’s birth anniversary, this decision is not only highly commendable but also a historic step towards strengthening social harmony, equality, and an inclusive society.

The Chief Minister stated that Guru Ravidas, through his life and teachings, conveyed a powerful message of equality, compassion, service, and respect for all human beings. He raised a strong voice against discrimination, caste-based divisions, social inequality, and untouchability, and envisioned a just, humane, and egalitarian society.
