Four Years of Excellence: CM Dhami Reviews Departmental Stalls, Interacts with Women

During the “Four Years of Excellence” program in Dehradun, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami inspected departmental stalls, participated in traditional farming activities, and emphasized the importance of organic agriculture and rural women’s contribution.

Under the “Four Years of Excellence” program at Parade Ground in Dehradun, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited and reviewed stalls set up by various government departments. During the visit, he closely examined the progress of different schemes and interacted with the public, especially rural women.

At the Agriculture Department’s stall showcasing traditional economic activities, the Chief Minister displayed keen interest. He actively participated with rural women, using traditional tools such as okhli (mortar), silbatta (grinding stone), and jandra. His engagement created a sense of enthusiasm and confidence among the women present.

Appreciating the role of rural women, the Chief Minister stated that their contribution is crucial to the state’s economy. He emphasized that the government is continuously advancing in the agricultural sector through welfare-oriented schemes and remains committed to promoting organic farming.

CM Dhami further highlighted that along with modern development, the government is equally focused on preserving traditional agricultural practices and household activities. He noted that such efforts are helping the younger generation reconnect with their cultural roots and traditional values, which will play a significant role in the holistic development of the state.

The event also featured exhibitions by various departments, showcasing government initiatives, achievements, and innovations, providing citizens with valuable insights into ongoing development efforts.
