DEHRADUN: In a horrific road accident in Uttarakhand’s capital Dehradun late on Monday night, six students died tragically while another one is seriously injured. This incident shook the whole of Dehradun.
The accident happened late on Monday night near ONGC Chowk. Seven students were reported to be in the car, out of which six, including three boys and three girls died on the spot while one boy sustained serious injuries. The collision was so severe that the car was shattered into pieces.
Upon receiving the information of the accident near ONGC Chowk at around 2 o’clock late night, the police force immediately reached the spot. An Innova car and a container were found in an accidental condition at the spot. The Innova car was found completely damaged. Police retrieved the bodies from the severly damaged car. There were seven people in the car, out of which six died on the spot, while one male is seriously injured and is undergoing treatment in the hospital. The deceased also include three females, whose age is said to be between 18 and 24 years.
