CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Celebrates Birthday with Children with Disabilities in Dehradun

Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami celebrated his birthday on Wednesday with children with visual disabilities at the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities (NIEPVD) in Dehradun. The Chief Minister cut a birthday cake with the children and spent time interacting with them in a warm and affectionate atmosphere.

During his visit, CM Dhami met the children personally, interacted with them and encouraged them to pursue their goals with confidence. The children appeared excited and happy to have the Chief Minister among them, turning the occasion into a warm and memorable celebration.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Dhami said that spending time with children provides new energy and inspiration. He said every child possesses unique talents and immense potential, and they should be provided with opportunities, encouragement and confidence to develop their abilities and move forward in life.

The Chief Minister emphasized that empowerment of persons with disabilities is not limited to government initiatives and is also a collective responsibility of society. He said every individual should have equal opportunities, dignity and a supportive environment to realize their potential.

CM Dhami encouraged the children to face challenges with determination, self-confidence and continuous effort. He urged them to move towards their goals with enthusiasm and faith in themselves and wished them a bright and successful future.

The Chief Minister said that celebrating his birthday among the children and seeing happiness on their faces was a special and memorable experience for him. He described the affection and smiles of the children as the most precious gift on his birthday.

His wife Geeta Pushkar Dhami, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, teachers of the institute and other officials were present on the occasion.
