DEHRADUN: Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan chaired a review meeting regarding the proposed visit of the Union Home Minister to Udham Singh Nagar district on July 19.
He directed officials to complete all necessary preparations and arrangements in a timely manner. Stressing on security, traffic and weather considerations, he instructed them to also keep an alternative plan ready.
The Chief Secretary further directed the concerned departments to prepare a list of development projects to be inaugurated or for which foundation stones will be laid during the visit.
Principal Secretary RK Sudhanshu, Director General of Police Deepam Seth and other officials were present at the meeting.
