District Magistrate Savin Bansal had food with the public and officers and employees.
DEHRADUN: A multipurpose camp was organized in Raipur Inter College in the Raipur development block on 24 October 2024 under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Savin Bansal and in the presence of local MLA Raipur Umesh Sharma Kau and Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh.
DM Savin Bansal issued necessary instructions to the department officials to resolve the problems of the people immediately. DM sent a team of the electricity department to replace the faulty electricity meters immediately. The complainant thanked the DM for his quick action. The District Magistrate heard the problems of the people, elderly and women. He resolved most of the problems on the spot.
The District Magistrate directed the officials to ensure that no complainant leaves the camp disappointed, all possible complaints will be resolved.
The District Magistrate, while listening to the problems in the camp, directed the officials of the concerned departments to resolve the problems of the people on the spot. Make sure to resolve the problems of senior citizens, elderly and women in particular. The District Magistrate directed that the problems sent to the department for resolution will be resolved in a timely manner and will be informed about the action taken.
The District Magistrate inspected the stalls set up by various departments in the multipurpose camp. The process of Ayushman Card, Aadhar Card, Ration Card, PM Kisan, Pension Application was completed on the spot. Gave orders at the time of demarcation of land and instructed Tehsildar Sadar to inform about the action taken.
In the camp, cheques of 1 lakh each were distributed to 8 beneficiaries of Animal Husbandry Department. Cheques and equipment were distributed to the beneficiaries of Agriculture Department. Child Development Department distributed 6 Kishori Poshan Kits, 9 Maa Laxmi Kits, 20 Baby Kits.
Health Department conducted health checkup of the people who came to the camp and provided medicines and treatment on the spot. Health checkup and medicines were distributed to 350 people in the camp and general surgery was done on the spot for 18 people. 94 people made their Ayushman cards.
Agriculture Department distributed machinery and equipment and grant cheques of 4 lakhs to the groups. Cheques of 80 thousand and 32 thousand were distributed to 6 beneficiaries.
48 certificates were issued on the spot by the Revenue Department, which include income, survivor, residence, caste certificate etc. Career counseling of 193 girl students was done by the Employment Department. These include 102 girl students and 91 boy students.
Ration cards were made on the spot for the complainants who were making rounds for ration cards. Ration cards of 05 complainants were issued on the spot and 6 old age pension applications of the Social Welfare Department were approved on the spot.
More than 500 blankets were distributed to the eligible persons by the Labor Department. Similarly, wheelchairs and equipment were distributed to the handicapped in the camp.
Chief Development Officer Abhinav Shah, Sub-District Magistrate Harigiri, Chief Health Officer Dr. Sanjay Jain, District Development Officer Sunil Kumar along with officers and personnel of all the concerned departments were present in the camp.
