Dehradun – Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed gratitude to Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath for releasing ₹1600 crore to Uttarakhand as pension share for FY 2021-22 and 2022-23. The payment, made through inter-state adjustment via RBI, addresses a significant portion of the ₹2261.26 crore liability assessed by the Accountant General, Uttar Pradesh. CM Dhami highlighted this as a result of strong coordination and dialogue between the two states, noting that such cooperation enhances financial discipline and inter-state trust.
