Uttarakhand Issues Helpline Numbers for Citizens Stranded in Flood-Hit Nepal
Dehradun: In view of the loss of life and property caused by the sudden and severe flooding of the Bhotekoshi River in Nepal’s Rasuwa region, the Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority (USDMA) has issued helpline numbers to assist citizens of Uttarakhand who may be affected by the disaster.
The State Emergency Operations Centre (SEOC), Dehradun, has been activated to facilitate assistance and gather information regarding Uttarakhand residents who may be stranded in the flood-affected areas of Nepal.
If any Uttarakhand citizen is stranded in the affected region, or if anyone has information about the whereabouts or safety of a person from Uttarakhand, they can contact the State Emergency Operations Centre through the following helpline numbers:
